Annual awards for graduate students who are graduates of a Phelps County, Nebraska high school enrolled at an Evangelical Lutheran Church of America Seminary; OR a college junior or senior who is a graduate of Bertrand High School, with financial need, pursuing a degree in a Medical field; OR an undergraduate student who is a graduate of Bertrand High School, with financial need, pursuing a degree in Agriculture. Priority for selection is in the order listed. Number of awards may vary.
