Description
Annual award for graduating high school senior from Kit Carson County and Mesa County, Colorado high schools who has been accepted to Colorado State University. Applicant must participate in 4-H. Student Affairs Committee selects a pool of qualified candidates to be submitted to a local committee of 4-H leaders in Kit Carson County.
