National Culinary Scholarship Cook-Off Competition - Art Scholarships

Description
Annual awards for graduating high school seniors planning to attend an Art Institute school where a Culinary Arts program is available. Applicants must submit a two-course meal menu, recipes, photographs of each course, cost analysis of meal, also a paragraph stating why the student wants to enter the culinary profession, resume, transcripts, and letters of recommendation. The top ten entries at each school location will be invited to a Regional Cook-Off Competition where the student will be asked to prepare a menu issued by The Art Institutes. Two top winners from each school receive an expense paid trip to the National Culinary Cook-Off Competition where the student will prepare a menu issued in advance by The Art Institutes. Number of awards varies.
