Annual awards for minority students who are upper division undergraduate or graduate students enrolled part- or full-time studying Public Administration, Government Accounting, Finance, Political Science, Economics, or Business Administration (with a specific focus on government or nonprofit management). Students must be preparing for careers in state and local government finance. Nonrenewable.
