Description
Annual awards for residents of Gray, Hemphill, Lipscomb, Ochiltree, Roberts, and Wheeler counties, Texas who are graduating high school seniors and will be enrolling at Texas Tech University and majoring in Agriculture or Human Science. Applicant must have financial need and a minimum 2.5 GPA. Character and leadership are also given consideration. Number of awards may vary. Renewable.
