Description
Annual awards for current CAP cadets pursuing studies in Military Aviation. Students must have earned the Billy Mitchell Award, be at least 16 years of age, but not have turned 19 years of age on June 1, 2005, and have 20/50 vision or better. Award earns applicants their FFA private pilot's license. An interview is required.
