Annual awards for first-time freshmen accepted at San Diego State University who are enrolling in the College of Engineering with an emphasis in the construction industry. Applicants must have a minimum 3.5 GPA. Preference given to Point Loma High School graduates. Number of awards may vary. Renewable.
