Annual award for undergraduate or graduate students enrolled full-time at Oklahoma State University College of Education in the Aviation and Space Program. Preference given to female students; must have earned at least Private Pilot Certification, have superior potential as a professional in aviation, good character, and credentials. Due date may vary.
